RETURNS

HPM INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION reserves the right to make returns until only 30 days after the date of purchase depending on the type of material purchased by you.

"Non-Returnable" Products: These are products manufactured on request and can not be returned for any reason. Only in case of malfunction could it be returned applying manufacturer warranty policies.

"Returnable" Products: These products can be returned only in case that reason for the return is attributable to us. Products will not be returned where the customer has made an error at the time of order or when a specific reference or part number is wrongly required. (The return shipping costs in this case shall be borne by us)
                                                                                                                                                                                                            

We always guarantee that each package of purchase has its correct packaging, and that this does allow that product not to suffer some structural damage in the handling by the carrier towards its final destination.
