SHIPPING CONDITIONS                                                                             

General Conditions

All shipments of purchase orders are made on Tuesday and Friday of each week (except emergency request) and always after the payment is verified as done by the customer. (This last not apply to registered customers with credit conditions.)                                                                                                                                                                      

SHIPPING MODES

AUTOMATED MODE: This is directly managed by the customer through the purchasing module adding the shipping charges to the total value of your purchase depending on the destination and the transit time required.

Orders less than or equal to $100 will apply extra charge of $15.                                                                                                                                                                           Orders over $100 will not apply extra charges.

"THIS IS ONLY FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S. TERRITORY WITHOUT EXPORT PURPOSES "

AGREED MODE: This is a mode of shipment agreed between both parties and is made in cases that the client requires a special treatment of his order. (Option in case of exports, urgent request, request for special packaging, etc.)

Orders delivered within U.S. Territory

Less than or equal to $200 applies an extra charge of $20.                                                                                                                                                                               Orders over $200 will not apply extra charges.                                                                                                                                                                                                             These orders will be delivered to freight forwarders only and will be necessary to present an export guarantee.

Orders delivered outside of U.S. Territory (Export)

Less than or equal to $200 will have a basic charge of $35.                                                                                                                                                                                       Orders over $200 may apply extra charges upon agreement with the customer.                                                                                                                                               Charges for Customs, Freight and others that apply will be charged to the customer upon notification and agreement.

Emergency Orders

All will have an additional cost according to disposition in inventory, policies of the manufacturer, and the delivery time required by the customer.
